Historical atmosphere and reputation
Hotel in Art Nouveau style
Excellent conference facilities

Are you looking for a hotel with a rich history, excellent reputation and excellent location? Then Ambassador Hotel certainly won´t disappoint you.

A tradition since 1918 and a feeling of home are the main symbols of the Zlata Husa Ambassador Hotel, where a satisfied customer is always happy to return. A distinctive approach from the staff gives you the feeling of a warm welcome.

The historical Ambassador Hotel has belonged for many years to the best accommodation facilities to be found in Prague. You will be greeted with great service and the historical charm of its interior. The hotel can be found directly on Wenceslas Square, where all the major sights of Prague are literally at your fingertips. So soak up the atmosphere of local boutiques, museums, monuments, cafes and restaurants on Wenceslas Square and its surroundings and take home some lovely memories of Prague.

What visitors will certainly appreciate is the ability for short, but more intense trips in the surroundings. Just a step away. Attractive pastimes are walks through the historical parts of Prague - a visit to near Old Town with its long history or Lesser Town.

The Zlata Husa Ambassador Hotel is associated with a strong background. You can find here the Conference Centre, several restaurants and also a Thai & Wellness Club, where your mind and body can relax. If you want to take home some adrenaline experiences together with your memories from this hotel, try out the local casino. The representatives of the hotel think of newly-wed couples, for whom they have prepared special events and surprises, so a honeymoon may become the true fairy-tale in Prague.

The spacious rooms are consistently presented in an elegant Art Nouveau style, using natural materials and upon entering it only emphasizes the historical atmosphere of the hotel. Here you'll find three types of rooms by size, however, always within the highest standard.

If you expect high-tech equipment in the rooms, you will not find them in the Zlata Husa Ambassador Hotel. More than 70 of 162 rooms offer views of Prague Castle and Wenceslas Square; the remaining rooms are situated in a quiet zone. Therefore, it depends on you, which of the rooms is the right one for you.

Corridors illustrate the overall impression, just be careful that you don't get lost in them. The linking of two hotel parts of Ambassador and Zlata Husa makes it a really big labyrinth. A rarity is the local historical elevator, which is fully functional.

The Ambassador Hotel is also a great place for business meetings or various events. The conference rooms (the hotel has 8 multi-function conference rooms of different capacities, which can be joined) are also decorated in Art Nouveau style and offer luxury representative background for hundreds of guests. If you really want to impress, we recommend the unique Ambassador Congress Hall, which is the right place offering excellent conference and banquet services. So it is not surprising that the Ambassador Hall has been chosen for corporate and private events by many important companies or celebrities.

The Ambassador Hotel also offers countless additional services to its guests that only make the stay more comfortable. At discount prices, the guests may take advantage of the beauty salon, solarium and hairdresser located in the arcade next to the hotel. After a day's beautification, entertainment and gambling in the local VIP Club Casino or Night Club Goldfingers can be used.

The cosy Lobby bar, Halali gourmet restaurant and the traditional Czech restaurant Plzenska Rychta. All these represent the excellent art of local chefs, so it is up to you which restaurant you will choose and where you would feel happiest, and enjoy the local exquisite cuisine.

The hotel restaurant ”Plzenska Rychta”, with a focus on Czech cuisine offers you a taste of Czech gastronomy, including Czech beer. There are also traditional events held, such as the Czech killing spree, feast, Old-Prague and folklore evenings.

If you want to try something atypical, visit the luxury Halali restaurant that offers venison specialities and dishes of international cuisines, supplemented by a wide range of unique wines.

You can sit with coffee or a glass of wine, accompanied by pleasant piano production and be served with an excellent domestic pastry, overlooking Wenceslas Square; the hotel offers all this to its guests in its pleasant Lobby bar.

Also lovers of sushi and Thai cuisine will be satisfied here, and can taste a wide selection of dishes in the Sushi & Thai Bar, which is situated in the close vicinity of the hotels´ Thai & Wellness centre.

Regarding the hotel breakfasts, you will be pleasantly surprised, and here, you will find literally everything that you have a taste for. The breakfasts are really rich and prepared to satisfy the various tastes of the guests.

The Ambassador Hotel presents the concept of the historic hotel perfectly. I believe that not everyone is keen on historical furnishings in Art Nouveau style, but in my opinion, the Ambassador Hotel greatly fits into the atmosphere of the capital city of Prague.

In particular, the hotel is a favourite place for foreign clients and no wonder. Indeed, its rich history and famous reputation together with rich interiors of the hotel has been luring its guests to visit for years and is a real jewel in the hotel industry and hotel history in the Czech Republic.
